I just followed pedal pushers. Treking on bycycle.
My memory went back to year 1980. It was a chirstmas holydays to us. I was studying my engineering. Two my friends & me decided to travel to Goa from Mumbai on bycycle.
On 24th afternoon my friend Vilas & me left on bycycle to Goa.
It took us 3 days to cover the distance of 600 km. We used to cycle at daytime & rest in the nights.
We took Kokan route to Goa & on return we climbed the Anmode ghat & went to Belgaon. We returned through Kolhapur, Mahabaleshwar, Mahad to Mumbai. Return journey was of 4 days & distance covered was arround 750 Km.
It was a nice journey.
